Terms of service.

The agreement between your organization and Good Local Gov for using One(GLG).

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of One(GLG) and its apps (the “Service”), operated by Good Local Gov ([TO CONFIRM: the legal name, form, and state of the entity that operates the Service]). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them on behalf of your organization.

2. Accounts and organizations

The Service holds many organizations, each kept apart from the others. You are responsible for the people you invite to your organization and the roles you give them. Keep your sign-in details secure.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to what your organization creates in the Service (“Customer Content”). You give us a limited permission to host, process, and display it only to provide the Service to you. You own your data, your workflows, and your agents, even if we go out of business. [TO CONFIRM: how a customer exports all of its Customer Content]

4. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is subject to our acceptable use policy.

5. Trials and subscriptions

A new live organization starts with a 14-day trial, and no card is needed to begin it. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe at the price in your order or agreement. [TO CONFIRM: refund terms, renewal terms, and how cancellation takes effect]

6. AI features

The Service uses AI to draft text and to help with your work. AI output can be wrong, and it is given to you for review. A change the assistant suggests waits for a person to apply it, and mail is sent only when a person clicks Send. Each organization sets a monthly AI cap, and AI usage is passed through at cost.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not promise uninterrupted service. [TO CONFIRM: any service level commitment] We may change or retire features with reasonable notice.

8. Ending
