Acceptable use policy.

This policy applies to everyone who uses One(GLG♥). It exists to keep the Service safe and reliable for every organization on it.

You agree not to

• Break any law, or infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy.
• Upload malware, try to get around security, or try to reach another organization’s data.
• Probe, scan, or test the Service for weaknesses without our written permission.
• Reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it.
• Use the Service to produce unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

What you upload

You are responsible for what your organization puts into the Service. [TO CONFIRM: the kinds of sensitive records the Service must not hold, such as criminal justice information or health records]

Enforcement

We may look into a breach of this policy and suspend or end accounts that break it. Where we can, we will give notice and a chance to put it right.
