TurboCAP for coalitions

One view of your region’s
climate action.

Your member cities run their inventories and plans in TurboCAP. Your coalition sees the whole picture, coordinates the shared work, and brings people to the meetings where the decisions happen.

Some features shown here are still in development.

Which ones?

Not yet live: the resilience baseline, Track & report, screen control, video calls, booking a session from the app, text alerts, meeting-day reminders, talking points for volunteers, shared coalition work in Planner, automatic utility pulls, and figure drill-down.

What a coalition gets

Five things your coalition can do.

  • 01

    The region at a glance

Total emissions, where they come from, where they flow, and the shared goal, for the whole region.

  • 02

    Every member city

Actions started, inventory step and last update for each member, with a view of any one city against the coalition average.

  • 03

    Coordinate the shared work

Workshops, model ordinances and joint purchases live in Planner, each linked to the plan’s strategy and the cities taking part. In development

  • 04

    Never miss a vote

An automation reads member cities’ posted agendas, finds the climate items, drafts an alert, and sends it to volunteers once staff approve.

  • 05

    A partner beside your staff

Your Climate Action Partner walks your staff through the cities that have not started and what each needs to begin, on a scheduled call.

Running a regional network? Let us show you.

01

The region at a glance

Total emissions, where they come from, where they flow, and the shared goal, for the whole region.

The coalition dashboard for the fictional Pando Valley Climate Coalition: the region’s total emissions, member cities, local actions started, the shared goal, and where emissions come from.

02

Every member city

Actions started, inventory step and last update for each member, with a view of any one city against the coalition average.

Every member city of the fictional Pando Valley Climate Coalition in one table: each city’s sharing, actions started, inventory, and last update, with the members that keep their progress private or have not joined.

03

Coordinate the shared work

Workshops, model ordinances and joint purchases live in Planner, each linked to the plan’s strategy and the cities taking part. In development

A coordination task in the Planner for the fictional Pando Valley Climate Coalition, with its stage, the people on it, its due date, and a comment thread with the Climate Action Partner. A coalition has no Planner of its own yet: the still’s coordination task, its banner linking the work to TurboCAP’s regional view, and its strategy box listing member cities by stage are not built.

04

Never miss a vote

An automation reads member cities’ posted agendas, finds the climate items, drafts an alert, and sends it to volunteers once staff approve.

The climate agenda watch automation for the fictional Pando Valley Climate Coalition: the city councils and boards it watches, the plan strategies it matches, and who hears about each item, with staff approving every alert.

05

A partner beside your staff

Your Climate Action Partner walks your staff through the cities that have not started and what each needs to begin, on a scheduled call.

A video call between coalition staff and a Climate Action Partner, who guides them through the member cities view of the fictional Pando Valley Climate Coalition. A coalition account has no call inside TurboCAP yet: the still’s call, the partner controlling the coalition’s screen, Leif taking notes, the booked kickoffs, and the regional milestones are not built; the member cities view is real.

Volunteers

An alert, an RSVP, and a seat at the meeting.

Volunteers get the agenda item in plain words, the time and place, and a link to RSVP, by email or by text Needs a provider. Staff approve every alert before it sends.

  • A text message alert to a volunteer from the fictional Pando Valley Climate Coalition about a council vote on a plan action. The real text carries a link to RSVP; its reply-to-RSVP, talking points on request, and day-of reminder are not built.
  • The member cities view on a phone for the fictional Pando Valley Climate Coalition: how many cities joined, how many share their progress, the actions started, and the members that keep their progress private.
